TRAINING 3 DAYS A WEEK


You’ll train Monday, Wednesday & Friday with 6 other women. The programme will incorporate multiple aspects of fitness such as weights, resistance and cardiovascular training to help us achieve the desired results

FULL NUTRITION SUPPORT


You’ll receive a fully bespoke nutrition plan based around your lifestyle and preference all geared towards dropping body fat, inches and dress sizes. Bhavesh will also give you the knowledge to be able to take control of your own diet for the future.

WEEKLY PROGRESS CHECK-INS


Each week you will be monitored closely to ensure your progress
