Sessions will be held at the warehouse gym, 24 Lunsford road Leicester (you don’t need to be a member of the gym to participate in the programme).
The programme start date is Monday 14th February and will run for 20 weeks. More than enough time to get the results you want.
This programme is for results-focused women who need the guidance, support and accountability to make real changes to their health fitness and lifestyle.

This isn’t a crash course or a programme where you don’t have all the pieces to the puzzle to get results. You will be provided with everything you need to ensure you are successful in the programme.
You’ll work both directly with bhavesh and within a group of 6 of like-minded women.
Reena found it a real challenge keeping on top of regular exercise. Like many people, she stuck to cardio and spin classes when she did go. The ‘comfortable area’ of the gym for many people alike.

I found clients who work with me 3 times a week and stayed for 6 months achieve results that surpassed their own expectations and made a permanent change.
This level of frequency and time allows you to truly learn how to train, eat and manage your lifestyle with new habits & behaviours. Something single sessions or typical blocks of 10 can’t do.
I require all my clients to have 3 x 1-1 sessions per week & be able to commit to 6 months of Personal Training

All sessions are 60 minutes
Your 3 Personal Training sessions will be spread across Monday, Wednesday & Friday all with the same exclusive time slot. This is to create Training as a ‘non- negotiable’ in your diary.
You may have tried to achieve results previously and failed, you maybe be already going to the gym but not sure on what to do, you could be confused with all the conflicting information around or someone who doesn’t have an idea of where to start and needs that guidance and support.
Either way, I have worked with every type of person imaginable of all ages & abilities all of whom have achieved their desired outcomes and beyond.
Your training will be bespoke to you! I will take into account many aspects when devising your programming to achieve the results you want.
Resistance Training & Cardio Vascular conditioning will play an integral part in your results.
We work together to devise the optimum diet for you, taking into account practicality, preference, goals and lifestyle. Applying both experience and science to take your diet from where it is currently to where it needs to be to get the results you want without the fluff and the fads.
We will aim to get all of your energy and nutrient requirements through your diet however at times this can be difficult and so supplementation can help by making it convenience & cost-effectiveness.
You must be committed, motivated, hardworking, willing to invest in yourself and want results.

All sessions will take place at Parklands Leisure Centre in Oadby, Leicester. There is plenty of free parking available and no membership required to work with myself.
IT BEGAN AT CHILDHOOD:
My personal fitness journey began as a child aged 6.
I loved food! My parents didn’t struggle to get me to eat. However, with their lack of knowledge, I wasn’t always given the best of foods. My snacks used to consist of processed foods such as chocolate, cakes, biscuits and crisps coupled with hours in front of the TV after school – the perfect recipe for obesity. It wasn’t long until my parents had difficulty buying me clothes that fit so they decided to sign me up at a local football club.
ENTERING THE TEENS
Entering my teenage years, I faced a few life-changing moments…
Name-Calling – Despite exercising regularly my eating habits didn’t really change, yes I lost a little bit of weight but it wasn’t enough to stop the ‘name calling’. It was at this point when I knew I needed to take measures into my own hands.
From here I set a goal to reduce my weight as well as improve my fitness levels. This is when I stopped eating fast food, drinking squash and fizzy drinks and implemented an exercise regime going for 6-8 mile runs 3-4 times per week.
Work Experience – It was through my exposure to the gym during work experience that kickstarted my interest in health & fitness. Later that year I became a member of a local gym to supplement my football training, focussing more on cardio and body weight exercises.
Sporting Background – From joining the local football club and seeing the positive benefits it had made to my health, weight and personal development, I played competitively up to the age of 21. Throughout this time I also participated in many other sports and disciplines.
I truly believe that the positive input from my teachers and coaches awakened a passion of mine, which has lead me into a career in Health & Fitness.
Trial and Error, & Education – My fat loss journey as a teenager wasn’t plain sailing nor was it simple.
Credible information wasn’t readily available or as accurate as it is today.
So in the search of becoming a better football player and improving performance, reducing body fat and building up my confidence, I mixed trial and error with education.
Looking back now I realise I didn’t have the right knowledge but we all have a story to tell and without a doubt, I’ve learnt a lot since then!
Entering the Fitness Industry – After feeling happier within myself and getting a taster of a potential career avenue, I became fascinated with the human body. I decided I wanted to become qualified so that I could help others and develop this passion of mine!
I knew that so many people were facing the same challenges as me and my journey would have been much easier if I had the correct information, support and guidance – I wanted to be the person to help others.
Interesting Fact: After completing my A-Levels I still wasn’t certain of the most appropriate path I should go down. My friends moved on to university whilst I secured an administrative job. I felt lost, however, I stuck it out for 6 months until one day I knew I couldn’t do this anymore! That same evening, I wrote down my strengths and researched what I could do with the grades I had; it wasn’t much but I could study accounting or become a gym instructor so I did both!
After qualifying as a gym instructor, I secured employment at a gym where I first did my work experience. I progressed quickly and was given more opportunity to teach classes and qualify as a personal trainer. Whilst on this path, I also continued to study accountancy for two years but I couldn’t bear to sit the final set of exams. I decided to take a year out and to take up personal training on a full-time basis, whilst seeing accounting as a plan B.
I took on my first few clients in October – by December they had made amazing progress. Posting their results on social media led to an explosion of awareness – the rest they say is history.
EXPERIENCE
Gaining exposure to work with as many people on the gym floor was key to developing hands-on experience. Having worked with a vast array of clients all of different ages, abilities, medical conditions and goals has helped me become the Personal Trainer I am today – 6 years on.
CONTINUED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Knowing full well that the standard Personal Training qualification was not enough to give me all the knowledge, I went on to invest thousands of pounds and hundreds of man-hours to become the best investment to my clients. I studied sports massage, nutrition, behaviour, psychology, biomechanics, business and much more.
I still continue to develop and invest in myself year on year by enrolling on courses, attending workshops, seminars & reading so that I can be the best investment to my clients and give them the best life-changing returns, coupled with the most accurate information attainable.

Having gone through my own personal journey and also helped many others change their life, I can empathise with the thoughts and problems you may be facing. I have organised my personal training services very differently to the ‘typical PT.’ who in my view can tend to offer sub-par service. Working with myself, you won’t get a single session or a block of 10 sessions which can serve no real purpose. Instead, you will receive my trialled and tested methodology tailored specifically to you to truly change your life forever within six months! No more yoyoing, fad diets or unsustainable approaches.

You will work in-house with me by having between 1 & 4 sessions per month.
At each appointment we will review and discuss your progress, making any adjustments to Diet & Training as and when required
At each appointment will you receive a Personal Training session which will challenge and further develop your knowledge to help reach your Fitness goals.
Each week you will also be required to submit check-in documents so that I can assess your progress and give video feedback based on your data allowing you to progress further and improve your knowledge throughout the process.
We will work together to devise the optimum plan, strategies and approach for you to be successful. Throughout I will provide education to further develop your existing knowledge around the subject of Nutrition.
Your training programme will be bespoke to you after completing tests & many other considerations. Your plans will also take into account if you train at other facilities with different equipment availability.
If you are someone who travels for work, is away from Leicester or even the UK throughout the month but are still serious with wanting to achieve results and better their life then these and many factors will be considered and worked around. Working closely together we will strive to make progress regardless of your situation.
Swedish massage is a therapeutic type of massage that is designed to help relax both mind and body usually using aromatherapy scents which aid relaxation.
Deep tissue follows on from techniques found in Swedish massage and applies more pressure to help break down tight & knotted muscles
Sports massage follows on from both Swedish and Deep Tissue and incorporates advanced techniques designed to stretch, loosen and promote recovery to tired & knotted muscles.
We will first complete a medical questionnaire followed by a thorough examination so I am able to devise the most effective treatment plan for you.
The treatment will first start by warming up your chosen/affected area. Various techniques and pressures will be applied to provide you with the benefits of Sports Massage.
Once treatment the is complete you will be provided with appropriate aftercare advice so you can achieve maximum benefits of the treatment.
During the treatment you will feel some discomfort/pain this is because the pressure is required to break down tight areas however this is all dependent on your individual pain thresholds.
It’s my job as the therapist to help you feel as relaxed as possible and tailor the pressure to your individual threshold for it be an effective treatment.
You may feel some soreness or have some inflammation however this is completely normal and it will pass. I would describe the soreness after having a good workout. Embrace the discomfort as this can been seen as the massage has been effective and the benefits are soon to come.
Despite the name, Sports Massage is a treatment that all types of people can benefit from. Please check the contraindication list to see if you’re eligible.
You can expect to notice the benefits immediately however depending on your level of build-up it may require a few treatments to get you fully back to 100% however this is very dependent on each person.
A frequency of treatment greatly varies from person to person. I recommend my clients to come to see me as soon they begin to feel tightness or discomfort.

In better shape than pre-pregnancy in just 8 weeks!
Kajal wanted to lose the ‘mum-tum’ and get her body back after having her second child.
Wanting to make sure she got the correct information and guidance to transform her body, she got in touch with myself.
Using weight training, conditioning work and the correct nutrition Kajal was able to get in better shape than she was pre-pregnancy in just 8 weeks of working together.
Soniya was honoured of being her best friends Bridesmaid and wanted to drop down 2 dress sizes!
Soniya tried to get in shape by attending classes but quickly got bored of them and decided she wanted a more results-focused approach. Soniya soon realised it was her nutrition and the lack of regular exercise which was preventing her from losing weight.
Within a space of 3 months, Soniya was able to drop down 2 dresses size and notice a vast improvement in the amount of energy she had compared to before she started training with me.

Facilities manager Aman came to work with me after realising the effects of her sedentary lifestyle was having to her health.
Prior to joining Aman tried to get in shape herself by trying multiple aerobic classes and home workout DVD’s…all which had little effect.
After hearing the recommendation of school mothers and seeing the results her sister Parveen made with myself it gave her the boost to sign up.
Having a tailored approach was key with Aman since her job required her to travel around the country quite a lot. Aman made training a number one priority and scheduled her meetings and work around this, which really helped her become organised and disciplined.
Each session Aman wanted to better self and made it a friendly competition between her and sister to strive for progress.
Since Aman spent a lot of time either driving or at a desk it was important to implement and nutritional strategy which worked with her lifestyle. Educating her on suitable choices she could make and overall nutrition.
Aman lost a number of inches & weight all which impacted her confidence, health, energy, focus and the way her clothes fitted her.
We also combined Personal Training with Sports Massage to elevate the tightness and restriction Aman had in her back and arm to improve the quality of her life.

Bhaveshri’s journey started by wanting to lose weight and get fitter but ended up reaching new heights. High as mountains!
Bhaveshri had long stint away from exercising as she fell into the trap like many others who let a day or week pass by and soon it becomes years!
Being out of shape and with a low level of fitness she started by attending gym classes however struggled to see any improvements and so was in the search for something that was bespoke to her and kept her on track.
In the initial phase of Bhaveshri’s journey, we focused on reducing down her weight, improving her strength, showing her the correct way to exercise and teaching her the basic principles of nutrition, in a manner which she could realistically apply to her life.
In this initial phase, she lost multiple inches and dropped 2 dress sizes. Having built up the confidence from noticing the improvements in her fitness and now looking and feeling better we transitioned into Phase 2; where we focused on building up her strength and cardiovascular fitness after she signed up to complete the Wolf Run with members of her family.
After accomplishing the Wolf Run Bhaveshri wanted another challenge to work towards and set the goal of climbing Kilimanjaro – a lifelong goal of hers. We then transitioned into Phase 3; building on the foundations we set.
Now armed with the nutrition and training knowledge, Bhaveshri continues to live an active lifestyle who’s transitioned over to my hybrid coaching service and has got a real buzz for being outdoors and long walks on the weekends.
Azz found motivation after seeing her best friend Pannas transformation.
Prior to working with me Azz’s ‘exercise and eating well’ was none existent other than general walking for day to day activities some of which she struggled with such as getting breathless climbing stairs
Azz came with multiple health conditions such as asthma, sciatica and many others which she took medication for. All of which she stopped due to the improvements she had made to health and life!
The by-product of her losing inches, the excess weight & becoming fitter was that some of her health conditions completely went away.
She realised the key to achieving results is having the right advice and support. Being fully committed and invested in the process really does makes things happen.
Sangita came to work with me after trying nearly everything possible… gyms, personal training, exercise classes, Atkins diet, home workouts, she even mentions “you name it she’s done it!” All of which were temporary solutions.

Meena was a previous Weight Watcher member for a number of years until she felt it was becoming a pain to constantly count points and felt it was no longer working for her.
Wanting to lose weight and make changes to her lifestyle she contacted me after seeing the results of her friend Parveen.
I made sure Meena made a smooth transition with eating habits whilst educating her about her choices, ultimately finding the optimum plan that was right for her and brought her the changes she was after. Additionally, supporting her throughout and answering many questions she had after years of misinformation.
Regular progress reviews Meena meant she was able to see the rewards of her efforts and stay motivated to achieving her Health & Fitness goals.

Kully finally thought it was about time she took better care of her health and lose weight
Prior to working with me, Kully tried Zumba, home workout DVD’s, outdoor running and multiple exercise classes. Eventually realising that she was going round in circles and felt little difference.
She also believed her diet was relatively ‘healthy’ however realised in the process that it actually wasn’t. Working with myself, I educated her and shown her the correct path of achieving results whilst managing her PCOS.
Losing inches, dress size and improving her health, Kullys self-confidence massively improved. It allowed her to go out a socialise and meet people – something which she had shied away from previously.
Kully now enjoys an active lifestyle and is happy with the way she feels and looks!
Dina was at an all-time low prior to coming to work with me…
A year prior she was fighting for her life after contracting Bacterial Meningitis. Her course of treatment really took a toll on her body, mind & life. Dina even had to re-learn how to walk!
Thankfully she made a full recovery however due to her illness, her treatment caused her appetite to increase which resulted in her gaining excess body fat. Feeling out of shape, low in energy and confidence, not knowing what she was capable of doing she made the decision to get professional help.
Wanting to get in shape in time for her brother’s wedding we set out to lose the inches, regain her lost confidence and get her life back on track!
In a matter of weeks, Dina was seeing changes to her body all which improved her mindset and brought back her happiness.

Samira came wanting results!
Samira was really unhappy with the way she looked and felt about herself. She’d tried a number of unsustainable approaches, such as Atkins, cabbage soup and endless hours doing cardio in desperation to feel better, all of which wasn’t successful to bring her the happiness she wanted.
Setting up a plan with achievable goals built up her confidence to ditch the baggy clothes and strive her forward. Achieving her weight loss goals geared Samira to challenge herself further by training for a Leicester Half marathon which was a dream goal of hers.
Samira now has a smile on her face, which she wears with real happiness and a new wardrobe to match!
Samira’s journey wasn’t plain sailing at times it was a real challenge, with her having numerous health conditions such as server asthma which was once controlled by steroid medication, re-occurring shoulder dislocations, osteoporosis which meant frequent dexa scans to measure body density. This affected her motivation, masked her progress and the desire to exercise but having an appointment and support from myself Samira pushed on to achieving her burning desire to overcome her health conditions and transform her life. I give absolute credit to Samira’s determination and resilience to not give up!
“I’ve been training on a 1-2-1 basis with Bhav for about 6 months now. The difference I have seen in myself has been amazing. I really didn’t like what I saw in the mirror before but with time I’m learning to love myself again.
I suffer from Asthma and I always used to struggle with Cardio as I got out of breath really quickly and would constantly keep using my inhaler and sometimes just give up and go home but with Bhavesh’s help, I can now do up to 60 minutes of cardio without having to rely on my inhaler. My stamina has gone up tenfold. I also have a reoccurring shoulder injury but with his guidance and patience, I have managed to strengthen it up.
There are days where I feel completely exhausted and don’t want to train but he gives me the motivation to push on however adapting the training sessions so I don’t burn myself out.
His support and advice have given me a part of my life back that I thought I had lost forever. I’m so much more confident and every time we reach a goal we set another one. Shriya truly went through a life-changing journey which she can now continue being Healthier, Stronger & Happier!
Shriya embarked her journey after being advised by her doctor to strengthen her core since she was suffering from sciatic pain resulting from a slipped disc.
Prior to working with me, she tried a number of things such as hot yoga, exercise classes, home workout DVD’s and dieting all of which didn’t work for her. Frustrated with dealing with the pain and lack of progress she contacted me to get the right professional guidance and support.
Working closely together I devised a training program bespoke to her focusing on strengthening the areas she was weak, overall body conditioning and combining Sports Massage Therapy.
Only two months into her journey she no longer had the pain and symptoms she came to me with and as a by-product, she lost weight and inches.
Accomplishing her first milestone she wanted to push herself to achieve more, the goal being to be slim & confident enough to wear a bikini. The goal was set and expectations were outlined.
Focused and determined to lose her “jiggly bits” by further reducing body fat, we set more structure to her nutrition and advanced her Training programme.

Shanice had a background of being obese over 20 years ago.
Having lost a massive amount of weight through long-distance running, Shanine was left feeling tired, weak and skinny.
Shanice wanted to gain weight and feel healthier. Most importantly she wanted to do it in the correct way of building lean muscle tissue; under the guidance of a professional who would be able to help, motivate, support and provide structure.
Prior to working with me, Shanine’s training consisted of running 20 miles a week and barely any weight training. Her calories were also very low causing server cravings which were filled by sweets and chocolates as her body was calling out for energy.
The process of working with me taught her how to train properly, using correct form, techniques, machine set up & program design. She realised how much she was under eating by and how she could improve her nutrition to support her energy needs.

Law graduate Sonam wanted to get in shape after her student days were over.

Nalisha hit a really low point in her life where she didn’t like the way she looked and felt it was time do something for herself.
Previously she tried boot camps and other fitness routines but none of them gave her the results she was looking for.
Nalisha found the gym to be a place where she could come and focus on herself, channelling all of her stresses and frustrations into her sessions.
Nalisha struggled with knowing what to do, when to do it and most importantly how. Working with myself, she tackled all her obstacles as we set up routines and worked on building long-term habits. Having the support she needed allowing Nalisha to drop down from a 16-14 dress size to a happier and less stressed size of 10-12.
Prior to working with me, Panna hadn’t exercised for around six years. Being a mother of two all her focus was on raising her children but she neglected herself and her health in the process.
She felt overweight, lacked confidence and wanted the support and guidance to improve her appearance.
The first task was to improve Panna’s posture and diet. With this in practice, she saw a significant drop in weight and overall inches around her body.

Rajashree came to me with the opposite goal to most people I usually work with, however, she still needed exactly what all clients require with seeking the right guidance and support.
Rajashree was severely underweight and needed to increase her body weight to healthier levels. Faced with doctors’ orders she tried to consume as much calorie dense ‘junk’ food as possible, however, that resulted in her feeling constantly tired and sluggish.
We focused on more of a suitable way for her to increase her energy and gain weight with a smarter and healthier approach.

Bhavisha’s goal was to lose weight!
Trying pretty much everything but nothing seemed to have been successful for her. Low on motivation, feeling really unhappy about herself and struggling to see the light in the tunnel… until she stumbled across a Facebook post of mine. Daks spent the last 20 years keeping fit, yet struggled to see changes to her body.
Inspired by the results from her friends and family who always wanted to lose weight transformed under my guidance. She got in touch with myself and began her journey with the goal of wanting to look and feel her best for her wedding which was just around the corner.
Daks was a previous cardio queen who used to train 7 days a week who had little knowledge on weight training and stuck within her comforts.
Her beliefs and knowledge around nutrition was very limited and followed the trends like many others by living on salads, no carbs and crash diets. Manisha tried training and dieting on her own and in her own words, ‘failed quite horrifically’ whilst dealing with multiple health conditions such as asthma, hypothyroidism and allergies.
Manisha had no prior weight training experience and the only activity she was doing at the time was general walking.

Holly, after graduating landed herself a full-time job largely being office based which meant her activity was at an all-time low!
